PLACE OF PROCESSING
Processing is carried out electronically and manually, using methods and tools aimed at maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed in compliance with Articles 31 et seq. of Legislative Decree 196/03. Personal data collected through site forms are stored in the Microsoft Azure datacenter (Northern Europe) and processed at the controller’s premises only by technical staff duly trained. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated to third parties except to provide requested services or for promotion and marketing activities strictly related to Teye S.r.l. (including brands Drive Agency, DigitalBando, Marketplace Arena).
PROCESSING METHODS AND INFORMATION SECURITY
Personal data are retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and in any case no longer than 15 years, unless converted to anonymous form. The controller does not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, for the purposes described in this notice. We do our best to keep your data secure through technical, administrative, and physical controls. In accordance with applicable law, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI addresses of requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to check correct operation, and are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site; except for this possibility, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email to addresses on this site entails subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and any other personal data included in the message, as necessary to respond to requests. By subscribing to the newsletter, the user’s email address is automatically added to a contact list to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional content, strictly related to Teye S.r.l. may be sent.
